1. Please check all mobile phone frequencies used in your native country and compare them with specifications of our product before the purchase.

2. Jamming range is varied because of the power of mobile phone signals going from base stations. Those signals must be about 80dB in the specified location according to different European and American standards.

3. It is complete responsibility of the respected customer to make sure that they totally have all legal rights to import our products before making purchase in our shop. After the purchase, the customer becomes totally liable for all possible legal issues which may occur because of the importation and usage of our products in the country of the destination.

4. We never accept any cancellations or product returns with refund option.

5. All our reliable products are being tested prior to shipping and in the best working conditions, however, if any product will ever be defected, we will always check the returned unit for material damage or production defect which may be there and repair product or replace it instantly. Otherwise, repair price and return transportation cost will be charged with no possible refunds.

6. You will definitely receive the e-mail notification from us within the 24 hours after your placement of the buying order to confirm all shipping details. You HAVE to reply to this e-mail before we will be able to ship your product out. If by some reason you will not receive this confirmation e-mail, please do not hesitate to contact us by our e-mail. All orders are generally confirmed the same day they were placed but after the confirmation of your personal phone number and your address. They will be shipped during the two or three business days from the order.

In different countries jammers (both low powered and high powered) may be totally illegal to own or use or both of it. Therefore, by buying our products YOU (our customer) are accepting all responsibly and full liability to completely determine and fulfill all requirements and possible limitations of usage or resale of those products according to the laws and legal regulations of your country. In the case of resale, you will also agree to use this notation in your product description, thus that any your potential customer will be also able to make totally informed buying decision.
